After weeks and month of sampling and re-sampling we found the perfect fitting for our Okapi Caps. Not too deep and not too flat, not too round and not too squared, not too wide and not too tide. Just prefect !

The 2nd Label Sample arrived
The second sample of the label was better but we want that Rubberprint on a Woolfabric. That means second time no luck.
The first Label Samples arrived
On that day we received the first Label swatches. But the quality was not good enough for our highest requirements.
The Oki-FLEX elastic Tape
All OKAPI fitted Caps will be made out of Elastic Wool/Acrly Fabric for the perfect fitting and to have an elastic Sweatband we made our own elastic tape.
